Isuzu aerial work truck is a special truck designed for construction and maintenance at high altitudes. The Isuzu aerial work truck produced by Powerstar trucks has excellent performance and important operability. Proper operation of Isuzu aerial work trucks is critical to ensuring safe and smooth construction and repairs. Operators need to be familiar with various operating buttons and safety measures to ensure that the truck can be raised and lowered to the specified height stably to avoid accidents. Only when operators drive and operate Isuzu aerial work trucks correctly can the personal safety of construction workers be ensured. At the same time, it improves the efficiency of construction and maintenance, saving time and human resources. Only by maintaining the correct working condition of the Isuzu aerial work vehicle can the service life of the vehicle be effectively extended and maintenance and replacement costs reduced.
Today we will discuss the correct operating procedures of Isuzu aerial work trucks:
1.The parking location should be on solid ground, the inclination of the vehicle should not be greater than 3°, and the warning flashing lights should be turned on.
2.Working height and wind force:
Suitable for work at a height of less than 10 meters when the wind speed is level 6 and below;
Wind power level 5 and below are suitable for operations at heights below 11 to 20 meters;
Wind power level 4 and below are suitable for operations at heights below 21 to 30 meters.
3.Start the oil pump, depress the car clutch, apply the hand brake, put the transmission in neutral, and pull the hydraulic oil pump clutch lever to put the hydraulic oil pump in working condition.
4.After the hydraulic oil pump has been running for 2 to 5 minutes, each action handle can be operated.
5.The operation of Isuzu aerial work vehicles must be conducted by trained personnel and hold operating certificates.
6.Operators must concentrate to prevent misoperation and are strictly prohibited from operating after drinking.
7.First put down the outriggers, and if necessary, place this pad under the outriggers to ensure that the vehicle is level.
8.When operating the handle, be sure to be steady and do not operate quickly or violently to avoid excessive inertial swing of the working arm and accidents.
9.Operate in strict accordance with the technical parameters and operating scope specified by the equipment.
10.Workers on the working bucket (platform) must wear seat belts.
11.When lifting the working bucket (platform), the upper and lower arms should move alternately to ensure that the working bucket (platform) is in the optimal lifting radius state. It is strictly prohibited to use the working arm for other purposes.
12.When operating, operators should pay attention to the safe distance between the bucket (platform), arm and high and low voltage wires, telephone lines, buildings, big trees, billboards, lighting and other objects.
13.The driver on duty is responsible for the ground and pays attention to the safety protection of passing vehicles.
14.When operating vehicles with a working height of more than 25 meters, in addition to setting up safety signs and guardrails, in addition to the driver, one or two ground guardians must be responsible for strengthening supervision.
15.During the operation, if you find any abnormal noise or sudden oil leakage from the hydraulic system, you should stop working immediately and wait for inspection or repair before continuing to work.
16.When the hydraulic system fails and the working arm cannot move, efforts should be made to safely evacuate the workers on the working bucket (platform) and professional maintenance personnel should be notified to handle it.
17.After the operation is completed, the working bucket (platform) and working arm are reset, the outriggers are retracted, the hydraulic oil pump is disengaged, and the hand brake is released before the vehicle can be started.
18.When the Isuzu aerial work vehicle is at a right angle of 45 degrees, it is the most dangerous angle.
