How to maintenance isuzu truck

A. No action in the compression cycle

1. If the proximity switch senses abnormally, adjust the proximity switch sensing distance or replace it.

2. The button on the rear control box fails. Check whether the wire connector is loose. If it is loose, tighten it. Check whether the switch is damaged. If it is damaged, replace it.

3. The hydraulic system has insufficient or no pressure. Check whether the relief valve, gear oil pump, and power take-off are working properly.

4. The wiring harness connector is loose, replace the connector.

5. The solenoid valve is working abnormally. Check the circuit of the solenoid valve, whether the air path is normal, and whether the valve is damaged. 

B.There is no response in the lifting action of the filler

1. The gear pump is leaking, replace the gear pump.

2. The pneumatic piston of the power take-off is stuck or the connection between the output shaft of the power take-off and the oil pump is damaged. Remove the stuck object or replace it.

3. The filler is too heavy, the garbage is not pressed into the garbage bin, and the sewage tank is overflowing. The garbage is pressed into the garbage bin and the sewage is discharged.

4. The lifting cylinder is leaking, replace the lifting cylinder.

5. The proximity switch on the top of the carriage is abnormal. Replace the proximity switch.

6. The lock hook and the filler hook are too tight, adjust the U-shaped bolt of the lock hook.

 

C. There is no response in the lowering action of the filler

1. The switch to prevent the filler from falling is in the open position and reaches the normal working position.

2. The solenoid valve core on the filler lifting cylinder is stuck, so remove it and clean it.

3. The solenoid valve coil on the filler lifting cylinder is damaged or cannot be powered. Replace the solenoid valve and check the circuit.

4. The lower limit sensor switch of the filler is damaged, replace the sensor switch.

D.The lifting mechanism cannot be lifted into place

1. If the pins and copper sleeves of each joint joint are worn, replace the copper sleeves of the pins.

2. If the lifting cylinder is leaking, replace the cylinder.

3. If the hydraulic system pressure is insufficient, readjust the hydraulic overflow pressure to the standard range. 

E. The automatic accelerator system does not work

1. The clutch pedal contact switch has abnormal contact, adjust or replace the contact switch.

2. The brake pedal contact switch has abnormal contact, adjust or replace the contact switch.

3. The throttle relay in the electronic control box is abnormal, check or replace the relay.

4. The CAN bus controller or PLC in the electric control box is abnormal, check or replace it.

5. The chassis automatic cruise is working abnormally. Check whether the cruise switch is in the OFF state or whether the switch is normal.
