5. The fuel tank and pipeline system of Isuzu fuel trucks should be cleaned regularly. Regularly check whether the joints of the piping system are well connected and sealed reliably.
6. To ensure that the oil tank is clean, the oil tank and the oil delivery system should be cleaned regularly. The internal and external joints at both ends of the oil delivery hose should be regularly coated with lubricating oil to make it easy and convenient to disassemble and assemble. 9. The pump inlet screen should be removed and cleaned frequently to prevent oil residue from clogging the filter screen and affecting the flow rate.
10. The breathing valve should be kept clean and in working condition. The spring in the valve should not be replaced at will to avoid affecting the suction and deflation effects. When the breathing valve is blocked, there is a risk of tank deformation.
11. In order to prevent fire accidents in oil trucks, when the exhaust pipe or muffler is damaged, the pipeline leaks oil, or the conductor is damaged or broken, it is not allowed to use metal objects to knock the parts of the oil truck to avoid causing sparks. Firefighting equipment should be ready at all times.
12. If the sedimentation tank under the oil tank is frozen, do not bake it with fire. You can use hot steam to melt it or drive the car into a greenhouse to thaw it.

13. Before operating the Isuzu fuel truck, a lightning protection pole must be inserted into the moist soil, and the grounding tape should be grounded. Good static conductivity should always be maintained during the operation.
14. Check the fire extinguisher device before leaving the vehicle. Personnel using the fuel truck should be familiar with the use of fire extinguishers and perform inspection and maintenance according to its instructions.
15. Before operating the tank truck, check whether the pipeline system is leaking oil, whether the grounding wire is disconnected, and whether the exhaust pipe is damaged. If any problems are found, they should be solved first before operating.
16. When measuring oil, relevant regulations should be . In winter, if there is water in the self-priming pump, it must be drained to prevent the pump body from freezing.
