No matter what type of Isuzu truck-mounted crane it is, it consists of a frame (the connecting frame between the main frame of the car and the truck-mounted crane), boom assembly, slewing mechanism, lifting mechanism, hydraulic outriggers, hydraulic cylinders, and control systems. It consists of main components such as (wired control or wireless control) and spreaders or grabbers for various purposes.
The following is an introduction to some of its main parts:
1.Hydraulic legs:In modern hydraulic lifting, the outrigger type is retractable, and its expansion and contraction is hydraulically driven. Isuzu truck-mounted crane adopts H-type outriggers, which have a large extension distance. Each leg has at least one vertical support hydraulic cylinder. Some of them are driven by hydraulic pressure in the horizontal direction, and some are operated by humans to achieve horizontal movement. The legs are ugly when extended. In order to ensure sufficient extension distance, the left and right outriggers are spaced apart from each other. H-type outriggers have good adaptability to the ground and are easy to level. They are widely used on medium and large cranes. However, the height of H-type outriggers affects the working space. At the same time, the outriggers must be firmly connected to the beams to ensure the stability of the outrigger structural system.
2. Boom assembly: The boom of Isuzu truck-mounted crane adopts a box-shaped arm, whose main function is to support the load and change the working radius. The folding boom is connected together through a rotating shaft and a folding hydraulic cylinder. The boom usually consists of a fixed arm and several telescopic arms. A straight-arm crane usually consists of a fixed arm and several telescopic arms. The extension and retraction of only one or two sections of the telescopic arm are driven by a hydraulic cylinder, while the extension and retraction of a multi-section telescopic arm are driven by a hydraulic cylinder and a wire rope installed inside the boom.
3. Hoisting mechanism: The main mechanism of the hoisting mechanism type hoisting machinery is used to realize the lifting movement of heavy objects. It usually consists of a prime mover, reducer, drum, brake, clutch, wire rope pulley group and hook. The lifting mechanism of the truck-mounted crane adopts hydraulic transmission.
4. Slewing mechanism: The Isuzu truck-mounted crane sends the lifted objects to any space within the designated working range. In addition to relying on the lifting mechanism to realize the vertical displacement of the heavy objects, the slewing motion method achieves horizontal displacement. Although this form of motion is The horizontal movement range is limited, but the required power is small, the structure is simple, and it is widely used. Generally, the full-rotation type is used, which can rotate freely in the left and right directions.
The full-turn slewing mechanism of the truck-mounted crane consists of three parts:
(1) The prime mover of the slewing mechanism is a transmission element of the transmission shunt device of the whole machine. Generally speaking, the selection of the prime mover is determined by the total power source of the crane.
(2) The mechanical transmission device of the slewing mechanism, which plays the role of deceleration.
(3) Rotary gear. The slewing mechanism engages with the large ring gear on the slewing bearing device to realize the slewing motion of the slewing platform.
The slewing support device of the truck-mounted crane adopts a bearing-type support device.
5. Spreader: Various spreaders can be installed on the truck-mounted crane. The spreader is mainly installed on the head of the boom, and the hook is commonly used. In addition, various auxiliary tools can be installed according to different work requirements, such as work buckets, grab buckets, aerial work platforms, various grabbers, clamps, hanging baskets, augers, etc. After adding auxiliary tools, one machine can be used for multiple purposes. Expands the application fields of truck-mounted cranes.
6. Chassis: The chassis of truck-mounted cranes are modified from car chassis. The selection of the car mainly depends on the tonnage of the car, and the long and short wheelbase must match the crane. During the installation, the car needs to be modified due to interference from the fuel tank, guardrails, compartments, etc. When installing a crane, add reinforcing plates to the girder of the vehicle (do not interfere with other installation positions), and pay attention to the position during welding to avoid stress concentration.
