3. Vacuum wear of cleaning sewage suction truck: There are two aspects of vacuum wear, one is the wear of the pump casing and the other is the wear of the scraper. A vacuum pump will naturally wear out after being used for a long time. If the pump casing is severely worn, the inner wall of the casing is not smooth, and grooves appear, it is generally of no repair value and the pump must be replaced directly. Scraper blade wear is common. After the scraper blade is worn, it cannot adhere to the inner wall of the sewage pump to form a vacuum, and the scraper blade needs to be replaced in time.
4. The exhaust pipe is not smooth: The scheduled route for cleaning the sewage suction truck starts from inside the tank. The discharged gas flows from the anti-overflow valve along the exhaust pipe to the water vapor separator. After the water vapor separator enters the vacuum pump along the pipeline, the gas that needs to be discharged is The oil is forcibly squeezed out of the vacuum pump, passes through the oil and gas separator, and is discharged out of the vehicle. In other words, if the anti-overflow valve, air pipe, and water vapor separator are blocked, the exhaust will be blocked and sufficient suction will not be generated.
5. The engine and vacuum pump of the cleaning sewage suction truck are improperly selected and cannot meet the needs: This requires us to pay more attention when buying a suction and cleaning truck. If the budget allows, try to choose an engine with high horsepower and good quality, such as Isuzu. The vacuum pump should be selected with fast rotation speed and large displacement.
