Therefore, the correct operation method and understanding of the precautions for truck crane operation are particularly important, which can not only improve the service life of the vehicle, but also greatly improve the safety of operation.

Truck crane operation method steps:

1. Observe the working environment, choose a suitable angle for operation, ensure enough space for the left and right legs to be fully opened, and park the car at a suitable distance from the cargo according to the weight of the cargo.

2. Check whether all the control handles of the crane are in the middle position. If the handle is not in the middle position, restore it to the middle position.

3. Check whether the shut-off valve on the hydraulic oil tank is open. If not, be sure to open it. At the same time, ensure that the hydraulic oil capacity is within the qualified range.

4. Make sure that the hydraulic leg lock is in the closed position.

5. Check whether the hydraulic pipeline is normal and the wear of the wire rope to ensure safety.

6. Start the car and observe the air pressure. When it reaches more than 5 air pressures, hang up the power take-off and put the power take-off in working condition. The specific operation is: step on the clutch, put the gearbox in neutral position, press the power take-off electric button, and slowly release the clutch. At this time, the clutch is in working condition.

7. Open the front and rear outrigger locks and fully unfold the outriggers. The outriggers must touch the ground and the car cannot be suspended in the air. All wheels of the car must touch the ground.

8. Unplug the locking pin of the slewing mechanism.

9. Only after completing the above steps can the crane be used for operation.

10. When using the crane, first release the wire rope, then extend the arm. The lifting angle of the crane is recommended to be no less than 30 degrees

11. After the lifting operation is completed, the crane arm and outrigger must be reset. First retract the vertical outrigger off the ground, and then retract the horizontal outrigger. Then remember to insert the fixing pin and mechanical lock. Disconnect the power take-off.

Notes on Isuzu NPR boom crane truck operation:

1. Overweight operation is strictly prohibited, and people are strictly prohibited from standing under the crane arm

2. Hoisting operation is strictly prohibited in front of the vehicle

3. It is prohibited to drag heavy objects with the crane arm

4. When the wire rope is released, at least 3 turns of wire rope should be retained on the drum

5. When the outer wire of the wire rope is worn to 10% of its diameter, the wire rope should be scrapped
