3.Main features
3.1 The liquid tank is welded of 5mm steel plate. The cross section of the tank is round. There are reinforcement rings and anti-wave plates welded in the tank to strengthen the stiffness of the tank and reduce the impact of liquid in the tank on the tank bottom during driving. The gap adjusting device between the tank and the back cover can adjust the gap between the tank and the back cover to ensure effective sealing. The inner surface of the tank is coated with EPSP403 solvent-free epoxy phenolic paint, which has excellent anti-corrosion performance.
3.2 The rotary vane vacuum pump, imported from Japan, has the advantages of small noise, large suction, low fuel consumption and long service life.
3.3 The anti-overflow device in the gas system can prevent sewage from entering the gas circuit due to full suction and damage to the vacuum pump system.
3.4 The crude oil and gas separator, oil and gas separator and water and gas separator in the gas system realize secondary separation to ensure the thorough separation of oil and gas, water and gas in the pipeline and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the sewage suction vehicle.
