ISUZU concrete mixer truck is a special truck used to transport concrete for construction. It is also called ISUZU cement mixer. This type of truck is equipped with a cylindrical mixing drum to carry the mixed concrete. During transportation, the mixing drum will always be kept rotating to ensure that the concrete carried will not solidify. After the concrete is transported, the inside of the mixing drum is usually flushed with water to prevent the hardened concrete from taking up space and reducing the volume of the mixing drum.
The ISUZU concrete mixer truck mainly consists of ISUZU chassis, PTO, electrical system, sub-frame, hydraulic system, inlet and outlet device, water supply system, flexible shaft control system, mixing tank assembly, tool box, etc.
When the ISUZU concrete mixer truck is driving and waiting to be unloaded, in order to avoid the segregation or solidification of water in the commercial concrete, the power of the chassis is taken out through the power take-off device, and the variable pump of the hydraulic system is driven to convert the mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. The motor drives the reducer, and the reducer drives the mixing device to mix the commercial concrete. The tank needs to rotate at low speed (2~4r/min). When discharging, the tank needs to rotate in the opposite direction (12~14r/min), and the concrete is rotated by the spiral blades in the tank, and is discharged evenly and continuously.
