As concerns over food safety and freshness continue to grow, the role of refrigerated trucks in the food supply chain is becoming increasingly important. ISUZU refrigerated trucks are a special type of truck used to keep food at a constant low temperature during transportation to ensure the freshness and quality of food.
ISUZU refrigerated truck, also called ISUZU reefer truck and ISUZU freezer truck, is a vehicle specially used to transport refrigerated goods. According to different needs and uses, our refrigerated trucks can be divided into the following categories:
1. ISUZU refrigerated trucks: mainly used to transport food, medicine, cosmetics and other goods that are perishable or need to be maintained at a certain temperature. These vehicles are usually equipped with refrigeration equipment and temperature control systems to maintain the freshness and quality of goods.
2. ISUZU frozen truck: mainly used to transport frozen goods that require sub-zero temperatures, such as frozen food, ice cream, etc. These vehicles are usually equipped with refrigeration equipment and temperature control systems to keep goods frozen.
3. ISUZU refrigerated box truck: This vehicle is mainly a detachable refrigerated box that can be used to transport different types of goods. The advantage of this type of vehicle is its high flexibility and the ability to install refrigerated boxes with different temperatures according to different needs.
4. Refrigerated trailer: This type of vehicle is suitable for long-distance transportation and is usually used with a large truck trailer. The advantage of trailers is that they can handle large volumes of cargo and can be replaced with different types of refrigeration equipment as needed.

Key points for using ISUZU refrigerated trucks
When using ISUZU refrigerated trucks, you should pay attention to the following points:
1. Before loading, the freezer box must be pre-cooled or preheated for about 1.5 hours. Because the vehicle is parked in the open air, the temperature of the compartment is usually the temperature of the outside environment. After the goods are loaded into the compartment, the ambient temperature in the compartment will affect the temperature of the transported goods, resulting in changes in the quality of the transported goods. Therefore, the compartment must be pre-loaded before loading. Cool to necessary temperature.
2. The refrigeration unit must be turned off when loading and unloading. Many people do not turn off the refrigeration unit when loading and unloading cargo. This is a very wrong operation. The principle is: after pre-cooling the box, if you do not shut down the compartment door and open the carriage door, because the fan of the evaporator of the refrigeration unit is working, The front side of the fan is positive pressure and the back side is negative pressure, so the cold air is blown out from the upper part of the car, while the lower part will quickly suck in the hot air from outside, causing the temperature inside the truck to rise rapidly; if you load and unload cargo after shutting down, the fan will be in the In the stopped state, the air flow stops and the wind pressure inside and outside the cabin is consistent, so the transfer of external hot air into the cabin is relatively slowed down.
3. When using ISUZU refrigerated trucks, the floor of the truck should be kept clean. Due to the action of the evaporator fan, air will circulate in the cabin, causing debris or dirt on the ground to be sucked in by the evaporator fan. Over a long period of time, a large amount of impurities will be sucked into the evaporator coil, thus affecting the cooling effect of the refrigeration unit.
4. Proper packaging is essential to protect the goods. For frozen goods, non-ventilated packaging boxes should be used. Because wind blows over the surface of frozen goods, it will cause the moisture in the goods to be lost, resulting in a decrease in the quality of the goods. For fresh goods, use packaging boxes with side wall ventilation. Due to their own characteristics, fresh goods are still breathing during storage and transportation. If they are not well ventilated, the goods will deteriorate and be damaged.
5. When loading, do not stack the goods too high. Make sure that the loading height is not higher than the plane height of the air outlet. If the front of the air outlet is blocked by cargo or is too close to the cargo, it will not only affect the storage and transportation temperature of the cargo, but also affect the normal operation of the refrigeration unit. Because if the air outlet is blocked by cargo, the air-conditioning cannot circulate normally in the compartment, which will increase the local temperature of the cargo. On the other hand, some defrosting designs of refrigeration units use air induction defrosting, which blocks the air outlet and greatly reduces the defrosting effect.
6. When loading, be sure to use double-sided pallets to ensure the circulation of cold air on the ground. It is strictly prohibited to stack goods directly on the flat floor; plastic film cannot be wrapped on the fresh-keeping cargo pallet, as the plastic film will block the circulation of cold air to the goods.
